AppTAN activation not available on ipad

Thi-cot

On the ipad, the app lets you enroll into the appTAN process, I received the letter from the bank with all instructions to activate the feature but there is no way of getting that "Aufträge zur Freigabe" or any other option when using this app on ipad. Well, we are in the 21st Century and iOS is the same whether you use it on iphone or ipad. I use an ipad pro because it is more comfortable to work with a big screen and I live abroad, so AppTAN is vital to me. I do not think it would be a big deal to bring that app to the ipad or at least to activate the appTAN when used on an ipad. Please update ASAP! Edit: I tried on the i-hone as well and there is no way to get the appTAN ID reg to finish the process... So I am stuck with a useless app and a useless letter from the bank. Edit2: The issue was actually partly on me as I had reinstalled the app just after having started the registration process, and doing so, the hash is not available until you call the hotline to disable the current code. After disabling the code, I could restart from scratch and now, the hash is available... I think the process is quite heavy as the hash should not change when reinstalling the app or the device.

Well thought through app

The app does what I need it to do and it hasn’t failed me yet. It’s straight forward and easy to use.

Terrible App - a buggy waste of time

Quizbo

I've been trying to use this app for several months now, and the endless bugs have wasted an incredible amount of my time. The perfect example is the mobile TAN, which has almost completely stopped working on the app (and yes, I am using the latest version). You enter the transfer information, and it gives you a reference TAN number that you will need to confirm, but then the actual TAN never comes through from their server, so there's no way to complete the transfer. If this wasn't bad enough, the account information you asked it to save on your transfer list isn't saved when the app fails like this, so you're right back to square one, needing to enter all the information again, only to have the whole thing fail again. Eventually you go to the branch office and process the payment manually like it's 1970, and you wonder why you're wasting so much of your time banking with HVB.
