I read more of your responses. Please stop stating ‘industry standard’ and comparing yourselves to a casino. You are not a casino which pays out in money. People pay you because they want entertainment. That is what you are selling, not the opportunity for both entertainment and winning money. You have different obligations to paying customers than a casino. In response to developers reply: While I appreciate the patronizing canned response you did not address my issue which shows that you don’t really care about your customers. I stated that when you run promotions you reduce payouts and everyone loses their money which is basically stealing. Not once did I accuse you of paying out those who pay and those who don’t at different levels. Before you compare yourself to real casinos you should take the following into consideration. Real casinos pay out money. People play your game to pass time. There is no incentive other than a time value proposition for anyone to give you money. If you keep ripping people off they will stop giving you money as there is no reason for them to pay you when they realize they are just throwing that money in the toilet. ——- They manipulate the algorithms when having promotions so everyone loses. I would like to be able to recommend this game to my friends but with a 2 percent win rate, it's hard to be convincing. I have played for over a year, spent hundreds of dollars. When I stopped spending, nothing but a losing streak for several months. That's not just bad luck, that is bad for reviews.
