You can’t receive calls, the phone just vibrates and nowhere to accept a call. You also can’t forward calls to your phone number because when you do that it errors out.

Hoping the developer see this!! To be honest with you your support team is unprofessional and useless! They don’t assist customers in a professional manner. The same person doesn’t handle your ticket which means random people are just answering getting frustrated. This is horrible accounts get closed for no reason without explanation and when trying to ask if the number can be ported back so you can re claim NO RESPONSE. I think you need to change your support structure.

I’m just so pisses off I had unlimited plan for one year which I just made purchase not up to 1week and yet i couldn’t login my account after been charged 47$. No means to contact the costumer service to complain . I need my account back or where to write email to complain this

I want to head and purchased a yearly subscription. It is cheaper than any other second phone line application out there. You can’t be $30 a year. The main feature I like about this app is the fact that it has call forwarding. And a call that goes to my normal phone number reroute to this phone number. I’ve also been giving people this phone number to call me on so I can keep my personal phone for my family and emergencies. You also have the ability to change your number if you need to. I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ve been researching a good call forwarding application all day and have decided on this one. I made a perfect choice, don’t hesitate just go ahead and buy this and try it. Thanks to the team who made this application, it is extremely useful and well-made. Thank you.

Initially, app worked fine. Then after a while, I keep getting an error message when I’m trying to make calls. Every time I try to contact support, I get the same runaround that they are having an issue that will be rectified shortly. That’s been a year now. Waste of money!
ToS defines “lifetime” as 6 months

I bought a “lifetime” subscription and after 6 months they deleted my number. The service while it lasted was adequate at best. I received lots of spam calls and texts. Save your money
