Timely and informative

Been using this helpful app for many years now and, as a boater, I have greatly increased my safety and weather knowledge. Highly recommended. Steve Parker is the best!

Buyer Beware of Premium Graphics

gusstx

A year ago I signed up and paid to access premium graphics due to some tropical weather in my area. When I did that I did not realize that I was signing a service agreement with PayPal and would be charged $25 every year for the service. I contacted the app owner and they said there was nothing they could do because I had unknowingly entered into the agreement with PayPal thru their app. The premium graphics don’t really provide that much more insight into a storm, so I would avoid them, and the charges associated with them, and just use the free part.

Thank you!

Disappointing!!

By the time you get the latest update, the storm has already hit!

Deteriorated user features

TaraDeBoer

This worked so well during Harvey. But now 4 years later it seems to be clumsy and featureless. Once upon a time stats were easily accessed as far as wind speed etc. if it’s there now, I have grown weary digging. The useless square of charts is just a waste. Make them active icons or get rid of them. I’ll be looking for a new less frustrating app today. Here on coast of Texas, it’s a good thing to have.

Still around?

Magic by George!

August 28 and Hurricane Nora is near and heading for US southwest. It is shown in the satellite graphic down in the graphic but Hurr Tracker says no active east pacific storms. I wonder what it takes to qualify, or if updates to Hurr Trackers are extremely… like days… out of date. Slow is bad in storm tracking

Late updates

App does not update as advertised. Significant delay from hurricane center to app. More than 24hrs in most cases.

They must have essential application

This is a wonderful app everything is in one place at one time you can see everything before the weather channel even reports it. I’ve used this app for the past several storms and now I am sitting here with this app watching Ida coming straight to me. Knowing as long as I have Internet connection and cellular connection in this system it’s quite amazing to have as a companion to keep you well-informed and also bring some sort of real factual knowledge. So thank you very much to the creators please keep it up I’d love to see more.

Should be Mandatory For All Florida Residents

My go to app for all Hurricane and Tropical Storm Information. Enables us to plan our course of action days before a storm will impact our area. Could be a life saver.
