literally crashes every time the app is opened. even after countless updates this app does not work correctly. this is supposed to be a tool to help the selling process not add to the stress, but like everything to do with Hunter Douglas lately it is poor quality and seems like an after thought. please get your stuff together
Trying to find mounting requirements for roller shades

The worst problem on this app is that you cannot search by page. I am looking for the mounting requirements for roller shades and all the lifting system specifications refer my to pages DES-62 and 63 but I am unable to search for these pages. One would think there would be a link to the page being called out for information. Very lame
