Free trial But wants me to pay

We started a free trial But now it wants us to oay for a whole year.. i cancelled the subscription same day as i started it. It said it was a free trial

I was charged for a yr subscription(which is 49.99)after my my trial expired and I’m not understanding why was that when there was also a monthly subscription(which is $7.99) available I tried emailing you through the site directly but was unsuccessful.

I have had two different subscriptions to this app and neither of them unlocks the entire app. I should not be paying $60 a year for limited access. I implore you, fix your app or issue a refund.

AMAZING, but why doesn’t the sound work.

After installing, uninstalling, then reinstalling inSTILL can’t get the sound to work on this app.

I started a free one week trial that isn’t suppose to be up until March 21. My credit card has already been charges D for a years subscription. I had already went in and canceled the subscription but that didn’t matter. How do I cancel.

I downloaded this app for my 4 yo because he loves Eric Carle and there was a free trial - unfortunately my son hates the app. After about a week and a half of him rejecting it, I went into my settings to cancel what I thought was a monthly subscription to find that I was charged $59.99!!! Apparently it automatically charged for a year even though there is a $1.99 monthly option. This app is not worth $59.99. I am hopeful they will do the right thing and not take advantage of parents trying to homeschool small children during a global pandemic. Ridiculous.

Would love this but on my son’s Kindle, due to Amazon FreeTime restrictions I’m unable to buy a subscription on there Also, I want ONE paid subscription, I shouldn’t have to pay for multiple devices
