Problem with the app

I am useing this app from many years it is a good app for songs it have every kind of songs in it but today something just wrong happend with it It is not showing the Hungama logo out side the app and letting me to access in the app I had a such a good song collection in it so now I don’t want to delete it

Always loses my information

It is a mediocre app that randomly shuffles and loses my playlists. Also they offer coins to redeem for subscriptions but I have never been able to use them. When I contacted their help desk regarding this fact I was told to contact apple support to cancel my membership?!? Not sure why they wanted me to cancel my subscription. I don’t think they value the customers who actually pay.
Old vs New

I was a frequent user of the old website quite a few years ago before the popularity of apps. Now I miss the huge collection of music of earlier musicians. I could not access them. But I appreciate the new music and the huge improvement of sound quality. I am a neophyte to this app - maybe there is a way to access the archive - it is not clear, hence 4 stars.
