After I put my phone number in, I get stuck on a blank screen with the yale logo on the bottom. The confirmation code text comes in without any issue but there isn’t any input on the screen. Going to try restarting phone and see if that might fix this issue.

I need to change a setup answer for “have I had the flu in the past year?” I thought it was in Jan20 and I clicked yes, but now I know it was in Q4’19 Also, many apps offer to “know location? -always” this one doesn’t. I usually click “no” but I’d be okay if this one did (because I trust the developer) and it seems that data would be improved if it knew where its users were. I’d like more clarity on the Personal Risk Breakdown, I go to a crowded space (gym) almost daily (app shows blue +) and I social distance (app shows gold -); what defines blue + and gold -? The results seem to be nonconforming with my answers.

Daily survey asks about my activity and assumes I’m low risk because I don’t interact with others outside my household. However, my husband goes a lot of places and isn’t a member of Hunala. Shouldn’t the app also ask whether your household members have interacted with others?
Something tried to access iPhone email tool but failed

Hello, Think you need to know something tried to access my iCloud email tool during install all failed. No record of it was found in the outbox, trash or spam filter, maybe not surprising. I wasn’t quick enough to do a screen capture of it but but more importantly I distinctly remember that the email was not going to .EDU mailbox, so what’s going on here... Device is 6 S Plus, Recently did F/W update 14.3 and your App was the only new S/W installed on this phone. I immediately decided to uninstall your App. Your App may have some malware in it.
