Unable to receive calls

Now that Apple has finally offered voicemail to text, I don't have to pay for this anymore. The problems come if you try to change settings and customer service exists only via email (and even then it's like pulling teeth). For $60/year, we should have better access. All of the numbers for deactivation weren't working. I received the dreaded "The feature code you've entered is not valid" so I was unable to receive calls. I had to call sprint in order to have it disabled. This wasn't good since the iPhone 7 has just been released and wait time was crazy. If this voicemail service is going to take my money, give me functioning numbers and an emergency contact number should be provided for paying customers. I would definitely not recommend this service when the numbers they provide don't work and you're stuck waiting for an email. I went online and there's general info but it does not address the bad contact numbers. That's absolutely ridiculous!

Locked my YouMail account up, resorted to this app in a pinch. You have a subscription fee and extra adding fmdue monthly or yearly for what YouMail gives for free. App says membership abolishes advertisements.. except their own. Voicemail transcription, (which you have to pay for), only works in the app, plus a slight preview if you allow it.. again, YouMail doesn't charge for any of the paid features in the subscription... ??

Downloaded this app, thinking I could personalize/customize greetings for callers. Turns out you have to pay for premium just to have basic features.

It’s OK but the advertisement with it drives me. They need to get all the advertisement off of it when you get a program you want to program you don’t want anything else from me
Messages do not always play...

1 of about every 15 messages do not play. It will show 24 seconds, but when you press play--- it goes about a half second and stops. Will not play. I left myself messages for reminders... sometimes they don't play - so I know a message was left. Has the service for a couple years and getting worse.
