Easy to use and understand, with a nice layout and background. I am able to check and transfer money with ease as well as an easy way to request a new loan and other services! I’m loving this app!

Good app except...

Good app except the max deposit amount of $1500 should be clearly stated At the BEGINNING of the process so that first-timers like me don’t write “for Hughes FCU mobile deposit only” on a $16000 IRS refund check and then find out about the maximum. Ami going to have to request a mew check from the IRS and wait another 4 months for my refund? NOT COOL, HFCU

Can’t get the app to work on the Hughes app

I did not use the Hughes app so much as I do now that I discovered I can connect all my accounts and view all my balances on one screen. This is excellent to have.

Sure it works for its purpose of transferring and checking balances. But it often mislabels where and what I’ve spent and will say that a company is paying me money when I’m reality it’s the other way around. (Like TEP for +$85.00, when it should be -$85.00) AND it doubles my transactions- it will say I spent $5 twice rather than the actual once. I don’t mind the new look I just wish the developers would pay closer attention to stuff like this. It’s extremely aggravating when trying to manage money. We are trying to be good about keeping a budget and that’s not very easy when the app is doubling things and not being correct in labeling things. PLEASE UPDATE.

I would give it 5 stars if the boxes were bigger. Have to hit them several times for them to work.

I have multiple HFCU accounts, so it was great to finally have one app that ties them all together! Everything works great. And the check deposits and Zelle payments are just icing on the cake!

I keep my money here and I feel this app works pretty well most of the time. It has glitches when it doesn’t work but it is fixed pretty quickly. I wish it let me organize & name my accounts. It used to.
