Social Networking | Free | HUG APP LTD | iPhone, iPad, iPod |
Send a remote HUG – be closer no matter where you are.
HUG uses the proximity sensor to detect a HUG and vibration to notify it's length.
It’s simple.
1. HUG your phone
2. HUG short or looong
3. HUG and set your mood
4. HUG one or a group
5. HUG to feel and reply
Send your first HUG now – It feels good!
The only reason why ull get a red x at the gender screen is because of the username u entered, try using no spacing or lettering. I love the concept and it works great, thanks for allowing me to get hugs through my phone!
Several attempts with failed results. Has a good concept, just zero execution.
My girlfriend and I installed the app on our respective iPhones and added each other via the username search (we did not sign in through Facebook). We've tried sending "hugs" but the recipient never feels anything. The app is supposed to use haptic feedback for simulating hugs when it senses the user holding the phone up to their chest. The sensor works, since it recognizes when you put your phone in the correct position and starts counting down. But, that just leaves you foolishly clutching your phone to your chest, there's no feedback. I can't find a setting to fix this issue.
Doesn't work. Can't find contacts. Doesn't connect to my Facebook. Wish I could write a review about how I sent and received messages but I can't even get that far. Just. Doesn't. Work.
Great idea but it doesn't work. When receiving a "hug" neither me nor my friend felt any vibration past a single little buzz at the start. Also, extremely non-intuitive interface and hard to navigate.
