I use it to improve my golf swing. It links to my Apple Watch seamlessly so the watch acts as a remote to start and stop the recording. I can also compare my swing with that of pros to see where I need to make changes. It is great

Lost all videos saved by on app

I was really loving this app, but all of the sudden I was logged out and when I logged back in all my videos were deleted that were in the app. I am very frustrated as those were used a lot for reference and training. Now all gone.

New to the app, but can’t register on the app, after all info in, freezes.

The system no longer sends invitations to students to join HUDL Technique so they can view their videos. I have been without this service for 5 weeks. The students are not receiving video reviews that are crucial to learning and improving. The sport of bowling is difficult enough to learn when the proper tools are available to the student. The worst part is the lack of support from HUDL. They send me information for other HUDL products. They send me incomplete information. I have been a Ubersence / HUDL Technique user for many years. This is the first time my requests for help have been ignored or given incomplete answers.

I’ve used this app for years and I have well over 1000 videos with over 100 athletes in the app and I use it 6 days out of the week. It has helped in with job immensely. It’s an amazing app and a great crew supporting it. Anytime I’ve ever had an issue the support team always got back to me quickly and solved it.

Can’t Load Profile Picture

For Apple users ... when you try to upload your profile image the App crashes. Ms. Brook at their customer support department says they recognize the problem but have no plans to fix it now or in the future. Disappointing... ☹️
