Latest version has permanent ad

The latest version has a banner ad along the bottom that never goes away. Very disappointing.

I am going to uninstall. The ads are annoying and I don't know how to get rid of them! Loved the app apart from those ads ! ?

I had trouble before with the app because it was hard to scroll on the map, but the latest version has an ad you cannot dismiss. Very difficult to see and scroll the map with a banner taking up space the entire time.
