Terrible app - can't print email

I connected the app to my Yahoo email account, but it only prints a blank page for my email. The render screen is empty.

I use this app for all my printing, and since I have a successful online jewelry business, I am printing shipping labels everyday! It saves me so much time to be able to print them out vs. going to the post office. I've never had any issues or problems with this app... It's been a great help for a couple years now, and I don't like any other printer app as much as this one.

I expect to be able to simply tap & hold on something to print it. The way this works now, I have to add my email account to the ePrint app and print from there rather than simply printing from the phone's built-in email, or the browser, or the photos app. Why is there all of this duplication of existing functionality instead of simply adding a print option to existing apps? This is annoying as I already have several email accounts on multiple devices that I'm forced to re-add in the ePrint app, never mind that I already have a preferred browser (Chrome) with the page I want to print open in it - instead, I have to copy the URL, close Chrome, then browse to the ePrint app, go to the browser, and paste the URL in there. It's too many extra steps for what is supposed to be the convenience of printing from my mobile device.
