but once you ask the app to pronounce complex medical terms or even uncommon words, that's when the app struggles and losses its usefulness. Maybe a high school kid would appreciate this. Let me know when you add words like choledocholithiasis to its vocabulary.

with the consonant blends and vowel diphthongs, it would be really great if you added an irish (gaelic/gaeilge) pronouncer! google translate doesn't have pronunciation for irish so you'd have a chance to one-up them (as well as help out irish students).

So simple yet extremely useful

This has to be the most useful yet simple application I've seen in a long time. Not only can you save your words, but underneath the word you have an area to copy and paste definitions. Then you can go back and everything is saved click on it once and it will pronounce the words with your written definitions saved... five stars
