I have really enjoyed the full version of the app. It has a lot of basics explained in a fun and entertaining way. The comic relief was pretty good too. A running joke around our house now is "TAG....your nuggets." Watch the video on stance if you don't get that.

This guy is not only informative, but entertaining. I wish I was famous just so I could endorse this guy's videos. The instructions are all legit and they are permeated with hilarity that makes you really remember each tutorial. I found this app after subscribing to his YouTube channel and I'm glad I did. It has IAPs but they are all worth it. However, the free videos (and there are more than just a few, it's not a ripoff) and a little training are more than enough to make an amateur into AT LEAST a novice. You gotta start somewhere right? Now excuse me I have to get back to shadow boxing. My actual shadow.

I've never been in a fight in my life nor have I ever had to run from one. These are genuinely great skills to have in case you have to ward off a crazed drunkard or defend your woman's honor. Great basic skills and keeps you engaged with humor
