Need to get more coins more often.

I had previously given them a one star due to losing all my points and not getting a response. I decided to email support again and received a quick response and was told they replied to my previous email as well. Anyway, they explained how to " fix" the problem and although it wasn't easy, I have my reward points and my $ points back.
