Awesome

SmallBusinessGuy'17

Allows you to log as many employees as you want. Great up for employer for any small business. The only feature it's missingis a Timesheet set up so you can physically log hours.

Nice app

Excellent app.. Helps me maintain a control of my worked hours...

New update is a downgrade!

FR03891BM

Missing the DoT notification showing if you're clocked in or out without opening the app! The clock in and out page is worse, more frustrating to use all the way around! Give us the old version back! Loved it! I switched to Hours tracker, better then this version!

New update

Austin Micheal Nelson

This new update is absolutely terrible. Why did you go and change something that I paid for, because it worked and looked nice. Now it looks like a two year old went on word and picked a random font for the dollars. Good job...

It used to be great, but now....

I have been using this app since the first of the year and loved it, but since the last update not so much. I use to get a notification that I was clocked in, not now. When I open the app it defaults to the "on the clock" screen but if I'm not clocked in yet because it is first thing in the morning.... It was much better when the app opened to the "client" list (if you have more than 1 client/customer like I do) because that is the first thing you need to do regardless of what you want to do in the app whether it's clocking in/out or generating an invoice. And now the "clock in" & "clock out " button is much smaller and in the bottom corner, clocking in & out is one of the most important things we use this app for don't be afraid to make it more visible!!

Keeps me better organized

I used to do the old-fashioned way of jotting down my starting and end points for customer service calls on business cards. Then when you misplace one or can't read your chicken scratch you're in big trouble. I've been using the app for a while now and it is so easy when I pull up to a clients location I just trigger the clock-in when I leave trigger clock-out and write a quick note then transfer into my service accounting system and it's an easy billing process. Love the app, thanks so much !

Crash

App doesn't open keeps on crashing

One request

MittL

My only suggest is to add a reminder/push notification to check and make sure the user is still working when billing with the active "clock-in" method. I usually forget to clock out. I left one client account running all weekend, then had to manually change it. Obviously this is my fault, but it was difficult to estimate how time for which I was to bill. It would be awesome if we could set a reminder to check in with us every hour or so. Other than that, I really like this app!

Love it

I hate keeping track if my hours for work but this has made it super easy

Bring Back the Previous Version

Agilewing

The recent upgrade has degraded this once outstanding program. What's been lost: 1. Ability to know from phone screen that the clock is running on a matter no longer exists; 2. Quick and easy access to a matter has become circuitous and tedious; 3. The dashboard is a useless intervention; I am also concerned that others have reported losing their data on the program and there is no easy way to backup the data when syncing the phone with a computer. We deserve better.
