This app has saved me a few times now in booking rooms at hotels that were completely full. Instead of relying on the hotel staff to call me when a room opens up, the app simply notified me. A great idea that actually works!

Downloaded the app to my IPhone 4S. First I tried to find the Tropicana in Las Vegas. Did not come up because it's called "The New Tropicana Hotel." Really!? Poor search ability in my mind. Also, it froze up while trying to enter dates. Took it off and put it back on my phone but still no luck. Did it on my computer instead. Hopefully, they will get the glitches worked out.

What a great app! I slacked on making a reservation for my wedding night and overnight all the nice hotels downtown got totally booked. I got a text when a room opened up and booked it immediately. Thank you!

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.1. Hotel Alerts as a service is fantastic. I use them and like it, but only via the web: the app itself is 100% broken for me

I need TWO nights in a hotel in Nashville on a very busy weekend, lots of hotels sold out, so set an alert for the dates needed. I keep getting alerts if ONE of my nights becomes available. So, I waste time re-searching the correct dates only to find they are still sold out on the dates I need, which TWO nights, not one.
