Dj Ebuck

I hope they keep making their products into apps!

Wonderful for kindergarten
Ranchermommy

Great app, wish you could increase difficulty as children master concepts, but very effective as a beginning tool for kindergarten readiness.

Simple and effective educational fun

Good combination of basic skills for preschoolers in an easy interactive format.

Cute way to teach!
Riley from LA

This app is so simple and teaches important skills in a clear, fun way. Simplicity is refreshing.

Great, wish there were more options

My 4 year old and 3 year old love this. We have Hot Dot at home and it's very fun for them. With the app I wish there was a way to customize what they were going to show. As my 3 year old doesn't have sounds down yet and it comes up a lot. But it's fun. I think mostly we will stick to the ones here at home because I can give them what they are working on and help teach them as opposed to getting random cards here on the app. But I would recommend it.

Needs work
Faith by the word of God

Got this bc it was $.99. I was looking for more Hot Dots for my four year old (the real kind with paper and dog pen). The volume did not work. The questions were not read aloud. And within the first few minutes I found a wrong answer. "Bear" does not begin with the same sound/letter as "star". I like the progression of the paper Hot Dots better: alphabet, short vowels, long vowels, etc. This one seems random. Our game started with matching Capital and Lower Case and threw in beginning sounds. If the sound worked (it is not my volume) and the app was more like the systematic quality of the paper Hot Dots, I would really like it. But I will just do another search for the paper product.

Not enough cards
Irritated22

For a paid app, I would expect more cards. At $.99, it's not expensive, but in one sitting my daughter has gone through all the cards and has most of the answers memorized. Either more cards or at least an option to mix up the answers so she has to pay attention. We love the cards at home, I was hoping this would have more when we're on the go
