Former 5 star app. Now the most frustrating app on a horseman’s iPhone. I understand the app is profit based, but why do I have to watch a topless man for 15 seconds if I want to check a non-chart result? The app has greedily become focused on excessive profit. The ad free version is too expensive monthly for the average horseman. Surely there is now a niche for an alternative app to follow horses & trainers with less frustrating ads. PS: Mr. Mcpeek, if you make us watch topless women instead of obese guys for 15 seconds while we wait on the result, I will change the review to 4.5 stars.

Ok, I get it, you need to run ads to finance the app; but you do NOT need to run ads that override the mute button on my phone. Aside from that, the redesigned interface is terrible. Maybe it looks great on newer hardware, but on an iphone7, it’s a mess.

I understand the need for revenue. I understand you need to grow. But now we are overwhelmed with ads. Long ads. Way way too much. I get 15 minutes to post notifications after race runs. This was a simple and easy way to follow your horses and trainers. Never had a problem . Now it takes minutes cause you have to sit thru long ad and another and another. I can’t figure out what you are paying for with the premium. 9.99 to keep up is way too much for what it offers.I’m gonna get pps from drf. I’m gonna bet on TwinSpires. It was a good run. I’ll keep checking back. If I can start checking on a horse without extra intrusive ads I’ll stay around. Y’all need to feature horse racing with some ads not ads with some horse racing. You’re killing your product

I hate the new app the result page always stops after a certain race and won’t let me see the rest and I hate signing in all the time the old version was a lot more loveable

How about a word from the designer!!!! Sine the new version was introduced I have had problems with the app on an iPad. Freezes when you want entries or results. Co,e on it’s been weeks.... get this fixed.

If you something pay for it, well you won’t get everything you want but pay. No, thanks. No replays on lots of tracks. You will get commercial every minute if you don’t pay. No need for this crap. No one is better handicapper than yourself. So don’t wastes your money, put it on a bet better, you give your money a better option. The upgrade ruined this app. The old basic one was a lot better.

I’ve installed & uninstalled at least 5 times. It’s not letting me login or set up as a new user. What gives with that? It’s crap. Very disappointed.

I recently got a new iPhone and now the alerts first went silent , even though turned on for sound, and seemed to have stopped completely. Is there a fix?

I’m a horse owner who used to love this app and use it every day. They recently updated the app and when I updated my iOS I lost all access to my account. I have requested the automated email account reset multiple time and get nothing in response. I’ve also sent numerous emails to the “support” address provided. Got one reply saying the issue was being sent to the developer for followup, and haven’t heard anything more, despite several follow ups. So frustrating.
