Old app was 100x better. User experience here is garbage. Whoever made this decision should be fired. Wow - I can’t even begin to tell you how hard it is to navigate - can’t read the items in the weekly ad easily. Ever heard of “less is more”? Good grief. If I could give zero stars I would.

This update is awful! Not user friendly. I used to use the old app once/twice a week for grocery pick up but will no longer be using Hornbachers app. Which also means Ill take my grocery pick up elsewhere
Shopping list fail

I just want to add summer sausage to my shopping list, I don’t need to search for what brand of summer sausage I wanted. Even if I did, according to this app the only sausage carried in the entirety of the Osgood Hornbacher’s is apparently Totino’s Sausage Pizza rolls. Sadness from start to finish.

Awful update. All I want to do is view an image of the ad. Instead, I have to go through a list of the items on sale.

Will not let me register on iPhone or use it as a guest even. Always says something went wrong at top of screen. Only wanted it for their free chicken program anyway. Would give it less than a one star if possible.
Big ideas, poor execution

I really wanted to like this app, especially since I’m at Hornbacher’s every week and had started to rely on their previous app (which functioned ok for the most part). This app seems to have a lot of big ideas that were never quite polished and tested. My two biggest issues are with the ease of navigation (it is NOT intuitive), and simple scrolling. I really don’t understand how an app has issues with scrolling in this day and age. At one point in scrolling it kept bouncing back to the previous view in the scroll. And if you don’t use JUST the right pressure/direction in your finger swipe, it goes all the way up to the beginning of the page. Maddening. Please fix this, I’d really like to use this app!!

This version is junk. Flyer doesn’t appear when you click the link. Other minor issues as well. Should bring back the last app until this one has the bugs worked out.

App doesn’t work. It pretty much goes down hill after the home page. I tried to send feedback but that didn’t work either. All you get is a message that says “ something went wrong...”
Lots of bugs in the app

The scroll doesn’t work and will keep reverting to the top of the list again. Does each flavor of the same brand of yogurt have to be a separate coupon? Was hoping this app was better than their last but there are lots of issues.
