The Horizon MyWay mobile app is for Horizon members who have HSA, FSA or HRA spending accounts. The app is free and gives you real-time, easy access to your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Members can easily access their spending account using their HorizonBlue.com username and password. App features include:

Quick FSA Balance Checking

This App has been very helpful tracking my available balance, contributions and submitting claims. I like the picture functionality so I don’t have to scan documents and save them to my desktop. I can start a claim and take a picture of the receipt or even upload a photo of a receipt I took prior. Thank you for making my FSA is easier with this app.

Useless. Take app down until fixed. Unreliable. Developer issued a fix 4 days ago but still unable to open app. Developer’s response to reviews are the same canned blurb. Don’t bother with this app!

Still can not access this app. It always says there are problems and they are working to fix. Is it a bust or is this app going to be up and running any time?

The app keep telling me their having technical difficulties ever since I downloaded it. UPDATE! It’s been three weeks since I tried to use the app and it still doesn’t work....same issue!

My other BCBS app works and recommended this app for HSA/FSA. This helps to track my FSA spending and had an easy login process once it is setup. One downside is that initial login has a generic message that the system is down when the user name or passcode is incorrect, so it is misleading.

I would give no stars if i could. As others have said, it gives the same error every time about there being technical difficulties. It’s been weeks, FIX IT , jeez!!!
