Cant put in gift card

Using the app it wont let you add the pin on the gift card... tried multiple phones but same thing no way to type in the pin area
Disappointed With limitations and expirations of rewards

Limited to one reward redemption per visit and short expiration dates. We spend a lot here between personal and business and feel like staff have no options on loyalty redemption for frequent visitors.

Registration months ago. Won’t log in just loops me into provide card number but no way to retrieve it. Useless after update. Complete garbage. No I can’t even re register because it already had my phone registered. Idiots
Check-In Button Doesn’t Work

I love HopCat and was excited to see you could check in ahead through the app. The button doesn’t actually check you in. Instead, a rewards code pops up. The poor hostess didn’t know what to do when I showed up and showed her the code. Disappointing as there is often a long wait on the weekend.
