It keeps crashing on my iPad

When I get to the loading screen, where it says tap anywhere to enter the game after tapping it crashes and back to the iPad screen.

This is my FAVORITE game and so this sounds like a personal problem but... I forgot my miHoYo account password and i didn't link email or via phone yet and I'm on a really high level on the game so i need help!! This is my favorite game ever! So keep up with the hard work!! Never stop updating!! I can't wait to see the new progression of my fav Valkyries!

If you want an game that keeps your interest and never make you bored, download this! Like omg! This game is so fun, I haven’t put it down since I downloaded it. The characters are so lovable! The animation is so clean and I love the dorm feature. I never found a action game that genuinely keeps me on my feet. I don’t wanna spoil anything for anyone. The adventure is for you to explore. Too bad that the device only allow me to do 5 stars ;(. I give this game a 11/10 if I could.

Obtaining characters shouldn’t be a long process. I get that some characters you have to work for but there are some only available to get in a specific time period! And if you can’t get the character because of lack of crystals then what’s the point? There should always be at least TWO ways to obtain a character at all times, regardless of the time Edit: the game keeps crashing and its making the game unenjoyable to play

Been playing for a day now and I’m enjoying it so far. The Graphics is really good for a mobile game and its smooth on my iPad 2018. Story so far is interesting and the characters have good chemistry with one another. My only problem so far that theres too much stuff going on and the rate up of the gacha isn’t the best. Thats my review for now and maybe my opinions gonna change after a month or two.

I don’t normally play these kinds of games but I’m literally obsessed with this one and I’ve only had it a couple of days lol it’s a really good game?

I love this game I’ve played it a lot I recently un installed it so I could fix a bug that in game told me to do so when I tried to re install it I get charged with billing of 5 dollars I currently don’t have so now I can’t play this game anymore tell then what the hell honkai?. I logged out before I did this but please someone respond to me I’m annoyed at this and to far into the game in agony abyss in Dirac and q single to be having go threw this with an app I already downloaded.
