Just started using. I was skeptical about property line feature, but found it works! I have shared app w/several clients & have gotten positive feedback.
May work in MD but not anywhere else

In Hampton Roads area only 10 homes show up. For some reason homes in Florida and Massachusetts also appear - some multiple times. Amateur stuff don't bother downloading this app.

Unhappy time wasted
Downloaded and was eager to use but it didn't show any homes in Central Florida area. I'll stick with Zillow & Trulia

As a realtor, I find this app quite helpful. I'm able to send messages to my clients as well as to other agents with this application, and they can just as easily message me, or respond to my messages. I can also send my clients listings in the area that interests them, and let them know what was sold nearby. I love that the data is pulled directly from the MLS, and I'm not sending my clients listings that are "ghosts" in the system. Excellent app!
