Really good app. Would be great if they only used zip codes instead of the circumference of a property to show comps. Comps are zip code based. Drawing a circle around a property can be misleading and most of the time frustrating to me when showing and needing info for a client. What’s the wait on his resolution?

This app is worst now. It won’t let you input an address to look up. It keeps asking to input a ZIP Code and once you do that, it still won’t let you search. Needs fixing. Better to use Zillow

A few of my reasons that this app is way under par. Many buyers are looking for properties with acreage. There is no way to search by acreage and you would have to click through every listing in the county to find out how many acres the property is. Why can we only look at 3 zip codes at once? How do we find new listing each day?

Unlike Zillow, this app is directly associated with the MLS. For clients and agents, this app is wonderful and accurate! There are so many aspects of the app I am continuing to learn and use.

This app has been a complete life saver when I don’t have my computer and my client wants information on a property. It is so easy to use and has every bit of information needed. The only suggestion I would make is to be able to search tax limits as well.
