(A++) Hands down BEST Property/ Rental App available!

I don’t review much, but homesnap deserves some recognition. I’m a leasing manager so I knew it’d be close to impossible to find reasonable rent in my area. Been sifting thru listings for months to no avail. On other sites my search‘s came up empty for rentals under $900. I tried Zillow, trulia, rent.com, zumper- every site you can think of. Tried homesnap today & to my surprise I found hundreds of listings that not only fit my price range, but quality-wise they over exceeded my expectations! None of them were listed anywhere else I had searched either. With so many options now, I’m confident I’ll get into a place I love which is a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Thank you homesnap!

This app is pretty cool however...

It’s not all that up to date with local auditors sites. I’ve noticed on a few occasions comparing this apps information to the local auditors site, there are discrepancies. Nonetheless, it’s very informative and useful.

Bad leads killing my score

I have not had enough opportunities for this to be productive and it is killing my score. I do not understand why I am not getting leads.

I have tried several times getting questions answered but they seem to go into a black hole until I eventually just give up.
