Awful

Won’t let me log in, set up, nothing just always says server error

Yeah, no

Missemarie

You will get an alert of motion detection but you will not be able to see anything unless you sign up for the service. I thought I would only have to buy the service if I wanted it recorded. I didn’t know I wouldn’t be able to use the camera at all for notifications unless I pay for a subscription. I’m taking it back & buying something that has a sound & motion alert The picture is nice though.

Desperately needs an update / Trying other apps instead

greysomething

This app desperately needs an update. There are a couple of small glitches that make it difficult to use. For example: 1. The motion detection sensor is stuck on “High”. I can turn it off, but when trying to change it to “Low” or “Medium” it just jumps back to “High” and notifies me of every bug that flies by every 60 seconds. 2. The date and time will not synchronize with the phone. Even when I select my time zone, it just keeps changing back to the default timeline that came with the camera/app.

Never connected to the camera

Manuel Rendon

Just got a camera from sharper image for Christmas and it won’t connect ever. It takes a long time to tell you “device connection failed”

Connect to a 2.4 ghz wireless network

Loxley989

I bought this camera at Target for about $30 so I thought it was cheap enough to give it a shot. After getting home and not being able to make the camera connect to my wireless network I looked at some reviews on the App Store. I was having all of the problems everybody else reported having. After about an hour of trying everything I was finally able to make it connect. You have to make sure that your phone is connected to your regular wireless network and not a 5g connection! Your wireless modem usually has two options to connect to. By default it will always choose your 5g network. You have to go to your settings and choose your wireless network option that does not have the 5g written behind it. After I did that the camera works great and has a very nice picture!

The picture is clear. I purchased three cameras and needed three applications and discovered;I was unable to download those apps on one phone. I called customer service and was told. I needed an additional two additional phones to access those additional cameras.

No phone notifications

Love4Self

Camera connects to my phone just fine. However, the notifications no longer working with my iPhone 8 Plus. iOS version 12.1.4. Not good for me when monitoring my kids while I’m away from my home.
