I've been using this security system for about 1 year and I have found no fault with the system at all! I wish the camera was a little cheaper to purchase but for what you get it's amazing

When this app works, it is great. However, they continually have "database" problems. When this happens you cannot disarm your system. In fact, you cannot do anything with your system. Period. Period. You will you will receive continuous alarms until they figure out their database problems. This is happened twice in the last 10 days. This has been ongoing today for over 10 hours. I swear the programmers at this company are licensed by Disney and Mickey Mouse. I would definitely not recommend this piece of crap to anyone.

This is a request more than a review. Can you please add Alexa compatibility to the garage door opener and garage camera? Also, I would greatly appreciate garage opener capability on the Apple Watch? Everything works good w/ the system other than the lack of compatibility w/ EVERTHING the Home8 system implies it works with.
Siri shortcuts needed

Could really use Siri shortcuts added to the App. ITTT is nice but relies on a third party and to allow Siri commands is a mess.
Great company, app needs a little work.

I don’t know if I’m the only one with these issues but I have to get out and back in many times for the cameras to load or the sound to work. The sound goes off by itself sometimes or it’s choppy.
