Crashing App

Myself and two friends just downloaded the app today and surprise... crashes every time. We all deleted it and re added it numerous times and still not working. Never opened once. All iPhone on iOS 13.3....

Losing It (and not weight!)

I have tried deleting and re-downloading without success. If I can't even get the app to open, then I can't try any of the exercises. Tough to rate that as anything other than zero.

Love the app. Actually getting the exercise I need. Getting the exercise, but hard to follow along to. It’s super easy as well. Multiple levels for beginners and more or the more experienced ones.

This app is amazing and great for beginners! It’s free and easy to use. Highly recommend using this app for all ages. With guided videos and quick and easy meal ideas it changes everything while keeping you motivated. It’s never too late to start!


Workouts

You can’t preview the workouts before you start and there is not an explanation as to how to perform them. Since I am very out of shape, it’s difficult as a beginner to learn how to do an exercise properly.


Good but lacking in a few things

This app is great so far. I will say that it needs some sort of alarm or something to indicate moving on to the next exercise so you don’t have to constantly be looking at your phone to check how much time you have. Also, there are no bicep exercises incorporated in the program. Otherwise, I think it offers a good amount for a free app!!
