It gets boring so I play it like a few times month but no glitches so that’s ok but I recommend not getting it because it just takes up space

I have been playing this game for a while and enjoy it very much. For two weeks now, every time I log on a box pops up saying let’s look at the bingo board results, when I click on it the game disappears. How can this be resolved? I have cleared my cache also have asked for help on th Home Street FB page and by email. No answers. Xytfgh
