Every time I open the app, it causes black screen on my iPhone 6s+ camera. My iOS version is 10.3.3. Would be very happy to give 5stars once the bug is fixed.

Motion notifications come through fine over wireless or work WiFi, but I cannot connect to the hub unless I’m on the same wireless network.

Cannot use my cell phone to access the HuB. Complete waste of money.

Remote connection with LTE has been broken after iOS 10.3.3 and is still not fixed in iOS 11.0.3. The app is useless as I cannot get any notifications or turn on/off alarms. Could you please fix it? I am a T-Mobile user and do not know if the issue is service provider dependent.

Second review update: No remote of any kind via iOS on T-Mobile via 4G or LTE. Works fine via android. I've updated this review to reflect software and firmware changes. The companion app for the Panasonic Home Monitor hardware is decent. Remotely connecting to the system is an exercise in patience as all connections route through their cloud but it has improved greatly over the past few months. The programming logic has improved greatly over the original version. Now, multiple layers of scenarios can be enabled. The app continues to lack persistence. It will always return to the home page and restart the linking process. There should be a way for it to stay direct connected for short period of time and to remember where you left off.

Wont connect over lte or wifi out of the home, please fix. LTE is ATT Update( i actually re installed the app and it works a lot better now. Still glitchy but at least it works. Hopes that helps some of you with the same Issue)

VERY SLOW to connect to hub and camera. Why does it take a minute or longer for connection? Since the beginning it has been slow but even slower on IOS11.

Noticed app would close on its own whenever i tried to open it with my phone not in wifi range and just using cell service. It wasn’t like that before the update 2 weeks ago

Takes forever to connect via app - particularly if you aren’t connected to the same WiFi as the camera and are using LTE.

This is hands down the dumbest smart device I’ve ever used. I have successfully installed nest, Phillips Hue, chamberlain myq smart products throughout my home. This Panasonic hub and especially the app are a joke. The app spins for over a minute each time I open it... and each time I switch screens within it, always ending with an error code... then after the minutes of waiting for the error, I can use the app... just don’t switch screens. It’s junk... spent hours working with it, reinstalling it... JUNK.
