This app is great for any gender. I would say it is a premium app you really can feel the burn. I feel more 15 min working out in your safe home. Great tool if you are motivated

Hello dear developers, I know that the reviews mean a lot to those that are looking to download your app however I can’t even test it out my self. That puts me a little on edge. Plus the fact that the latest review was quite old I did not make any purchases. So sorry but No.
Jumping excercises

I really wish I could do these exercises most of the exercises involve jumping off some sort. I have knee issues and this hurts alot

During test period please show the upcoming exercise so that people can watch while resting what they are going to do next. When the exercise starts few seconds are wasted to watch and get the exercise right.

When I first started this app I had NO IDEA it would bring me so close to my goals. They cover EVERYTHING! I enjoy myself so much once I’m done with my workout I will jump to the next one. I HIGHLY recommend this app to ANYONE even beginners. The hardest part about working out is getting there but with this app you can workout at home all the time any time you want. Everyday is a start of something new & with this app it definitely gives you the chance to be the best you!

Free trial is a scam

Tried to do a free trial and of course got charged $40 because I can’t figure out how the hell to cancel it. I’ve tried to contact support twice without being connected to anyone.
