Doesn’t work

Game was great until I got to a level and it just completely froze. Every other level works fine except the level I’m trying to play
Can’t get support

This game constantly does a “freeze” telling me to do an infopause, it won’t clear and causes me to have to restart game! I have lost crystals, money and lives all day today dealing with this! Can’t get technical support either. Not sure if I will play any more of these games if I can’t get technical to fix it
New update makes game crash!

I am on Brazil level 3 and ever since the newest update, every time I try to click on the level to play it crashes! It was fine with no problems at all until this newest update. I tried to click on technical support in the game but it doesn’t work. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!!!!!!

The game itself is fun and was working fine when I downloaded it onto my iPad mini 4 but now I can’t play at all, it continually shuts down. It was fun while it lasted.
Keeps crashing!!!

The game is CRAP now after the last update! I can’t even open or play the 2nd level on world 3 because the game crashes & shuts down. That’s just one of several other places that it has crashed, but the most frustrating bc now I can’t advance any further! ?
Diamonds missing please fix or I’ll have to uninstall

I had hundreds of diamonds and somehow they disappeared and it says minus millions of diamonds. And everything I earn gets sucked into minus and I lose them. I would rate this game a 4 or 5 if it wasn’t for that.

Game is good, but don’t like keep spending money for the game. Why not update the game and give customers the choice to purchase the whole game for a price and be able to play unlimited like so many other people give their customer. For the money being asked every time someone have to keep playing is like a scam and I will eventually delete the game because I would rather pay for the whole game and play unlimited. Update and give people, there are too many other free games that give their customer better choices to be able to pay for the whole game and play unlimited. I give the game. Rating of 1 for this reason. Stop hustling the people.

Too hard

This game is fun at first, but then after level five in the first area you basically have to upgrade everything to be able to achieve expert level. And buying gold is really expensive so that's out. Sad, because it is pretty fun.
