For some reason always free Hola isn't - is no longer free? You should really update the many "always free" ads - Hola.com states "only businesses pay" - no true?

I registered for this last week and I have yet to get it to work on my iOS devices. I sign in without any issue on the web, but when I attempt to sign in using the app, it continuously tells me incorrect username or password. I've already change the password twice already and it still doesn't work. As I was researching to get some support on this, I realize that it's not free anymore and not only that it seems like a lot of users are complaining that they can't even use it as well. Sadly I spent a lot of time on this for nothing.
