Previously wrote a review with 3 stars(has since been removed) due to an issue I had been having with the app not working while not on wifi. As it was getting frustrating to use I left a review that did get a reply from the devs. Did what they recommended and nothing worked. Turns out it was due to iCloud Private Relay, an issue with an app I also use frequently was having an issue I noticed happened when I was using a VPN. Anyways, if you’re having issues, turn off iCloud Private Relay and it should work perfectly. Absolutely recommend this app and also it’s worth paying for the premium subscription!

Needs API sync

This app would be cool if you could connect exchange accounts by API. Without that, it’s kinda pointless for traders

Keeps crashing

I was using the app and everything was great until it said “aw snap! Something went wrong displaying this screen”. I tried everything I could think of to get it back until I gave up and reinstalled it. I then went back through and set up all my portfolios again and it worked for 2 days before crashing again. New issues, been using this for years. I really like how easy it is to toggle between my watch list and the charts are shown in the bottom half. But recently the charts throw a lot of errors. It’s getting to be really frustrating.

THERE IS NO WAY TO TRANSFER OR WITHDRAW CRYPTO ONCE YOU PUT IT IN. I have been waiting nine days for level two verification. I have reached out to Hodl for assistance but have received no help. They entice you to deposit crypto as soon as you install then hold your crypto hostage without any way to transfer it back out. None of this is communicated to the end user in any way prior to making a deposit. They have no knowledgeable customer service for assistance and just give the same message over and over that says level two verification takes a few hours. For me it’s been nine days with no end in sight.

I have used so many different apps to keep with all my investments, because I have Over 200k invested in diffrent wallets, robinhood, coinbase. Makes it easy to keep track of the prices and with real live accurate data.

Just like a couple of the app users in the reviews, I’ve been having issues with withdrawing and transferring my crypto, and verifying my information. Customer service wasn’t much help, they were very delayed with their responses, seemed like they were unable to understand my situation, and the fact that they asked for my log in information (in order for them to “help” me) made me feel really uncomfortable. Thanks but no thanks, I’ll just chalk up my losses and take my business to Coinbase.
