Great app but needs a little tuning

You can only upload pictures of claims as supposed to pdf files.

It isn’t bad but it’s a pain to have to convert a pdf to a jpeg on my computer then upload it on the phone. PDF uploads should be an added feature.

This app is very confusing to use. Needs to have some kind of video training on how to use it.
