Why have an app for it if it doesn’t work on an iPad? I was really counting on the app working especially now that everyone has to learn from home at this time. I hope they figure out a way to configure it soon.

Fulton county school asked to use it but can’t get it to work. Tried troubleshooting steps but stilL no luck. It asks me to make changes to Sam url but what I see is mdm. When I entered the hyperlink it atleast moved from the 2032 error to user name screen where now it freezes after entering user name. I’m on the verge of giving since I can’t find any help. Can someone reach me on my email and please help!

I had to do my own research to get this to work. For the iPad, go to the iPad settings. Then click iRead in the settings menu. Where it says ‘SiteID’, type h100005719. Then relaunch the app. Good luck!

App worked fine until the latest update. 1.3.0 update does not allow me to get past the user name.
