im using ipad ios 13 but i cant install the profile sometimes. there are times that i need to install and uninstall it bcuase the notifivstion “install vpn” doesnt appear and i dont know what to do because i wont be ablento use the app unless its not installed yet. help me fix this please

I’ve been using this VPN since December 5 2019 for 5 months now the App is ok I’m able to watch Netflix and other stuff but I’m blocked out of Hulu, Disney+ and it’s frustrating considering the fact that I’ve been in quarantine by myself since March 27 and can only watch Netflix. I still say it’s pretty good but maybe not where I am. I’ll be looking for a new VPN that allows me to watch my shows.
Doesn’t Install the vpn profile!

I can’t use the app because when i click to connect it says i must allow to install the profile and when i click on install profile button a loading circle appears and the quickly disappeares and nothing happens at all and this loop goes on without a result!

Don’t get me wrong this is currently the best von you can get in terms of speed and reliability but the fact that each time i want to turn of the vpn i have to go to settings click “you connect to wifi or data“option when turning on the vpn and select “you shouldn’t connect me ” option while turning off the vpn is so annoying it even started making me thinking of getting other vpn services... all the other vpns are just smart when you turn on the vpn it connects you automatically as long as you don’t switch it off and when you switch it off it never turns it on... so simple yet a very satisfying kind of experience i used to take for granted till i started using this vpn smh please guys update this vpn and at least add an option for the vpn to” automatically connect (even if it disconnects ) when switched on and stays off when switched off” And i really appreciate your great work... hope you read this. Reply: i indeed have the latest version, so far I’m using the version “ 5.3.1-10034 ” and i have no trusted wifi saved here then each time I’m disconnecting it the show these 3 options * disconnect for 15 mins *disconnect for 1 hour *disable auto connect And i always have to select the 3rd option because i don’t want the vpn to be on while i don’t want to use it.... and afterwards when trying to turn on the vpn i gotta go to settings and enable auto connect please do something guys...
