Satisfied but disappointed

I remember I used to love playing this game, it's a great game all in all and I was very satisfied that I remembered and downloaded it again. But at the same time, I was very disappointed when I saw it had a reoccurring glitch where it redirects me to another game that I clearly don't want. The screen freezes, doesn't allow me to play, and forces me to go to another game. This honestly left me very disappointed.

I get to the home screen and I can't play the game because an advertisement is in the way and redirects me to the App Store. Please fix. I want to play. I see that your Action heroes 9 in 1 app has hired gun and it works.

When i open the app, an ad plays. No problem. Afterward, the app turns to vertical, meaning i cant play it.

My dad had this game, so I downloaded it and an ad popped up, I clicked skip and it flipped my screen upright and I couldn't turn it and the ad was still there? I tried pressing start and the ad went away so I got excited! Then it took me to the stupid ad and oh can't start the game!!??????? DO NOT GET THIS GAME!!!!
