What the heck I’ve made a purchase of $9.99 (210 double the bones first time purchasing) and it said in 5minutes they’ll give me the bones and it never did. I want the bones please.

When I logged in the game it told me to reclaim puppy there was only one puppy to reclaim so I tried to reclaim it but when I clicked the button all it said was TIP not all puppies can be reclaimed I need help I can't do anything and I don't want to buy bones so can you fix that bug please

For the past few days, when I log onto the game, it stays at 0% and doesn’t move. Also on my laptop, I know I’m not the only one with this problem, but when I log out of my account, it takes me to this random persons account. Please fix both of these bugs. Thanks
