Notifications are on, with two week/one week notifications for all my nieces and nephews. New update cancelled my notifications so I missed his birthday. It’s on me I guess, but still, if you say you’re going to do something do it.

This app is not free so don’t believe what you read. My previous birthday app worked great except the developer got greedy so out it went. Now hip is here. After installing the app it only captured about a third of the info from my contacts. The remaining info I had to manually enter. The reminders work about half the time. No phone support so you’re at the mercy of email. And it gets tiring to be told that I didn’t set it up correctly. Or I should have done it this way and not that way. There are no instructions on the use of this app.

The only reason why I haven’t deleted my Facebook account is because of the birthday reminders. Now, I can have a birthday reminder and more with Hip! Thank you!!!

The greatest feature is the reminder. It comes on right on time and I get my greetings out. Excellent!!!

Great alternative to having Facebook on my phone. I found a couple bugs: 1. The app badges at midnight every night and then again at the time you specify. It should only badge at the time you specify 2. On Facebook import, if a name ends with the letter S, the S gets truncated 3. On Facebook import on scroll, the search bar is missing a white container below it so you can still see it and the status bar when names are under it Keep up the good work!
