+1 to the reviews that exposed the app. I was also among the users that downloaded without reading reviews. Updated my data and scanned the palm, just to realize that there was a mandatory subscription. It says free trial but doesn’t even mention for how long. Deleted it right away.

I hate the game you have to pay way too Mitch just to get a horoscope you can search up for free and the palm readings wher useless the scanner scanned things that weren’t my palm like my pants and the floor one last thing before I wrote this I read the reviews and all the responses were the same

Short a sweet version of why we’re mad: Basically the app asks your name, your place of birth, birthday, and then continues to ‘scan your palms’, after all that it wants you to pay for a monthly subscription. Of course you could pay for it, or do the trial and cancel it. But no one wants to do that. Also the 4. whatever rating is all just bots. Advice to the app dev’s: If you don’t want backlash, give them a 3 day trial without asking them to subscribe but warn them that It’d be over in X amount of days. The people who are giving it 5 stars are the people who have experienced the app, how are you going to expect me to subscribe to something I’ve never even experienced? Of course I’m just going to get a copy paste response like the other reviews did. Me time: I don’t think the app is good or bad, permitted of what I’ve experienced of it. I’m just like anyone else, not going to risk subscribing for something I’ve never seen. Personally, I found it off an astrology account promoting them, but I know that there’s probably a ton of other places advertising them. Primarily the reason for backlash is what I think is the people whom are their target audience, social networking users aka a large percent of teens. They’d be better off putting a lot of advertising in the app, rather than even doing a subscription in my opinion. Although that was my perspective, no one has to agree or even relate to that. Either way the only response I’ll get is their little bot response, I’d like to see a genuine typed out response by the developers. I’d like to see a change despite the many 1 star reviews, and botted 5 star reviews. Change what your audience wants, we are consumer market. You need to take into perspective of what the consumers want. Look at the reviews and see what their problems are and take the time to type out a genuine human reply, and fix it.

Being Charged and I didn’t even know

I’m so upset! I’ve been getting charged for a whole month not knowing this app that I didn’t have been charging me. I decided to download the app to see what the hell this app is about and if it’s worth the money that I’ve been charged a whole month for without even having it or using it. I’m so mad. And I’ve been struggling this month and last month since I just started a new job and it’s been taking my last dime. So disappointed!

Sick of these apps that have no usability until you pay, falsely stating “FREE” in the App Store. It’s only FREE to download, not to use. There is NO usage of this app u til you pay. Screw them

I like these sort of informational apps, readings, books, etc. with all the information they asked, I was looking forward to accurate and interesting knowledge. Not only did I not read anything accurate to me at all but it also was laid out strangely. I don’t feel like it read me correctly but gave a swift, basic and non-unique scan over. Disappointed and will go back to my old app.
