Really loved the game and it's hard for me to like games on here as a lot are bad. A must have and has replability.

+5 Stars Fun Engaging Play. Interesting strategic maps with resource variesty that can tip the scales for or against you. -1 Star Easy on almost any difficulty. -3 Stars Extra maps cost $0.99 each (2 maps per pack). Square isn't THAT hard up for cash. Group them up in the 4's or 6's and it might be worth it. But at its current cost + extra maps makes it a pricey app. +1 Star Great replayability. Sure you might know the map, but change the players and up the difficulty and lower the intro items and it can get somewhat dicey. Also picking your starting point in a non-strategic advantage will actually make the game difficult but not impossible. Fun for all ages, in my Opinion.

It was a really fun game. The storyline is really short with only ten mission but it's still a great game

This really is a great and addictive game. Only problem is the fact that the updates are implied to be free but then you have to purchase new maps once in the game. For a game that was already overpriced this is pretty irritating! Until the deceptive marketing is addressed my review stays at 1 star!

Bought it during a halfoff week to celebrate a new square game. I would say it's definitely fun, but it's no angry birds or galcon. Considering the price, graphics, and that the "bonus" maps that increase replayability are 50 cents each, this game got its use, but doesn't stack up to the big boys. There are enough final fantasy fanboys that will pay the full asking price, but it's because their account is linked to mommy's credit card, or they aren't very good at math.

Good eye my friend! They are indeed different from the ingame "free mode" maps. I think that it is quite misleading. For the new maps, Hopefully they give us a better deal than just two for $.50 each which is quite expensive for me. Overall this is a great game

It's a little expensive but well worth it once u get into it. I hope for some more of the same in the future.

Not sure if thats exactly how I'd put this game but it is pretty close to it. Hope most know what gauntlet was for the NES.
