Your machine needs to be checked because the blood pressure and weight are wrong.

Downloaded the app and tried using my old account and it said my email did not exist. So I tried using my email to create a new account thinking maybe it has been two years and it was deactivated only to get a message saying the email already exists. Then I tried using my email and forgot my password but it did not allow me to do that either. I deleted it which is unfortunate so I lock my blood pressure on my phone and then transfer it to a spreadsheet.

Should make it possible to earn watts towards instant rewards and not just for sweepstakes.

I just want to say that you guys should make it possible to save up earned watts and not just put them towards sweepstakes. You should make it possible to spend earned watts for instant rewards, say 20,000 watts for a $20 Gift Card (Amazon, Walmart, Target). If you do that, i will give this app two more stars, giving it a total of five. Thank you for listening.

I went to 2 different machines the weight was different. The scale at my home was different as well. Other than that the app is pretty good

Hi, For me, everything works great with HIGI. Both at the stores & the App. One suggested improvement, at the store machines, when you are logging in and you hit the @ sign, to give you all the email .com address. It lists most of the BIGGER ONES LIKE GMAIL & SMALLER ONES LIKE VERIZON & COMCAST.....BUT IT DOESNT GIVE YOU OUTLOOK.COM, WHICH IS MY EMAIL & HAS TO BE USED MORE THAN SOME ALREADY LISTED. PS. One other suggested change, when you are finishing at the machine, the results pop up after ONE SECOND and says something about it ending right away. IMO, Either either change that 5 second country down to at least 10 or 15 seconds, to give you some time, to read the screen and not be rushed with that 5 second countdown... THANKS, MUCH APPRECIATED...

Just because you logged in and went through the steps does not mean it recorded your data. With higi you still need pencil and paper. Failed 3 out of 7 times.

Great app, but one thing

I love using the free higi stations whenever I see one. And the app is great, but it doesn’t connect and share information with the Apple health kit. Which I like using as much as higi. Is that feature going to come back?

Nokia devices won’t sync

I have several Nokia devices (formerly Withings) that sync with the Nokia app. I can not get the Nokia app to sync into the Higi app like it says it will. It comes up with an unexpected error.

Extremely poor connectivity

Not a bad app, but the connectivity is worse than ignorant. The Stations have poor connectivity, a laptop connected directly to fiber has multiple minutes to connect, the phone app can take 5 minutes to connect. Once connected not bad but building a network the equivalent of silly string is not well thought out. I’ve tried multiple stations only a few miles apart and can gain as much as 10 pounds in less than 5 minutes, and the BP cuff can be almost as erratic. Go to your doctors office and get your bp and weight. Go directly to a higi station and you will see what I mean. Good idea, but far from the gold standard.
