to the creators of high rise you guys banned my friend slipped crown for no reason and many others unban them for good or we will all delete the app and you won’t ever get money for this app again. And I will show this to all the iPhone users to never get this app.

I’ve been playing for some months and I actually paid money on the game just to get extra things and be VIP. I got on today to get my daily reward but apparently I’ve been banned for “exploiting an issue on beta instead of reporting it”. I’ve never used hacks or anything, and If I knew of any issue I’d definitely report it. Can I get unbanned please? I really enjoy the game and I haven’t done anything wrong

half the players are banned for things they didn’t do or were unaware of as a result of some stupid glitch, there is literally no support they’re not responding to anyone, even after spamming emails, on their discord server, sending multiple support messages —nothing. no compensation for those affected and no communication. Horrible.

They input a beta testing app and allowed it to have glitches some players reported the glitch weeks ago and nothing was done so players decided to try it out and they banned a lot of us for 3 months and now some players who didn’t even test the glitch are being banned and support isn’t even responding this app is trash!

The concept of the game is good but the people running it are terrible. They only care about money and not about the customer’s experience, save yourself some time and don’t download.

Ok so, I’m not saying Highrise is a bad game. I’ve been playing for maybe 3 or 4 weeks now and I got banned for one day. When I went to log in it said “you have been banned for heavily exploiting a problem instead of reporting it” and I swear I didn’t do anything wrong but my only problem with that is that it gave me no description of why I was suspended or any kind of help or support. This heavily irritated me because how are they gonna ban me if they don’t give me full description and details of what I did to have this ban on my account. Anyways that’s my only problem I’ve had so far with this game but other than that it’s very fun.
