Very dis satisfied. Prior to two weeks ago, I had been with high five games since 2010 and have acquired all the games offered and was at level 276 with over 18,000 credits offered every four hours. Two weeks ago tomorrow sometime overnight my account disappeared along with our history and this new version came up starting me all over again . Very unhappy and I’m about to delete the entire app if I don’t get an explanation, thank you

Fluffy fortune slot stated 3 bonus triggers free games, I played game kept hitting 3, 4, 5 even 6 but never got free games. Figured you had to get in a row, then finally got 4 in a row no free games. Contacted help line, explained problem with game and that I lost 4,500,000 playing falsely described game, they said sorry our techs are working to fix it, then credited a measly 130,000 chips. Do not waste your money on this company, just put it in your fireplace and burn it, it will be more fun, and at least you know what will happen when you do.

These games are fun to play, however when inner game is activated and you get multiple spins, many times when large payout is hit the game crashes and when you reopen you get the response "we are sorry the game shut down. We have credited your account". What about the 4 or 5 spins I had left? I quit playing this game last year for same reason. If you are okay with loosing inner game spins as I think is cheating, then play on. I do enjoy playing just wish they would fix this.
