So far this app has performed wonderfully. I have never used a VPN on my devices before, but with all of the privacy concerns these days, I decided to start using a VPN service. This is the first one that I have used and it seems to be working fine. It is on all of my mobile devices and my desktop. I signed up for one year of service, so I will see how this goes. I also installed Onion Tor browsers on my devices. There is another VPN app that I may try when this subscription is nearing its end as it sounds even better, but I did not see it until today.

The app works as it should, no noticeable speed change. I also use their windows version and had to contact customer support and the whole process was completely painless they responded quickly with with accurate information

For a paid app you would think that they would update it regularly and fix bugs. I have had this app for a few months and it has crashed several times. I haven't been able to open it for at least 2 weeks. Do not waste your money and pay for this garbage. Update: I contacted customer support and they upgraded my account so I can access it through the app. Great customer support.

App crashes continually on iPhone 6s, but working fine on iPad 4th generation. Will contact tech support for help. More to follow....
