1. Tap the icon in the top right-hand corner to load your photo from the photo albums.
2. Move, zoom in/out your photo if you need.
3. Tap the icon in the bottom left-hand corner to activate the "Pixelated Mosaic" mode.
4. Tap (with TWO fingers) on the photo to pixelate an area.
5. Save the photo.

If you actually read you figure out how to blur things. Not a big deal. And if you adjust the settings the blur is good. Lol, screenshots.
Don't waist your time

I tried for 10 minutes to try and figure out how to get it to blur anything and never was successful. In addition, even if I was successful, it says you can't save any pictures unless you pay for the paid version. This thing is a piece of crap and I waisted 10 minutes on it.

iPod idiots always rate stuff 1 star without reading the instructions. You can zoom in and out, increase and decrease the quality and size if the blur, and undo/redo pretty easily. Just read the instructions. Very good app!

This is a triiable app. First of all you have to be in the app store for instructions on how to use the "pixleate" feature that I saw no evidence of in this app. It is verry confusing to use and was as intuitive as the screen shots make it seem. (which wasn't at all) this app needs to be fixed or it might as well not been put on the app store at all.
